ARRIVAL

Arriving 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow ample time to check in, meet your stylist, and ask any questions you may have.

Can’t make it? Running late?

When you book an appointment with us, we reserve that time and make that slot exclusively yours. Cancellations must be made 2 days prior to the appointment time. Missing an appointment, cancelling or rescheduling an appointment without a 2 day notice, will result in loss of your deposit for the inconvenience. You have a grace period of 15 minutes to let us know if you will be running late before your appointment is cancelled.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS & CHILDREN

Due to limited seating, please limit additional guests unless they have a scheduled appointment. The waiting area is designed for guests that are waiting to receive services only, please no extra company or dependent children. 

We offer services to children, but encourage you to bring them once they are cooperative; crying and wiggling can interfere with their services. For safety reasons, no child under the age of 16 may accompany you while you are receiving a service. We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment.

PAYMENT POLICY

We accept all major credit cards, cashier’s check and cash for payment. No personal checks are accepted. Deposits are non-refundable. 

NO SMOKING

To ensure a healthful environment for all our clients and guests we uphold a no smoking policy.

GRATUITIES

Tipping is up to the discretion of each client. The industry average is 15%-20% of the service total prior to discounts or incentive offers. We prefer tipping in cash, but for your convenience you can leave a gratuity on your credit card if so desired. Our team greatly appreciates your generosity.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

We reserve the right to refuse to sell to any individuals or business at any time and for any reason. Also, due to high levels of credit card fraud, we reserve the right to reject any order at any time that we deem suspicious.
